Return & Refund
If the delivered item is physically damaged, defective, different from its description on the product detail page, or has missing parts/accessories, it qualifies for a replacement or refund.
To initiate a return, please call our customer care at +91 9319721666 or email japtecmultimedia@gmail.com on the day of delivery.
For a smooth return process, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).
Products with Brand/Manufacturer Warranty: Repairs or replacements will be handled as per the brand’s warranty terms.
Return Reason: Products ordered by mistake or no longer required are not eligible for return or refund.
Note: Any digital gift card, membership, subscription code, or activation key that has been redeemed after delivery is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

- Orders with sketchy or incomplete details may be canceled or may require the customer to provide additional verification to support the purchase as per our policy.

Refund on Cancellation
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5–10 business days.
